The entire team, including Paul McNeill, MD, FACS and Garth Rosenberg, MD, FACS, is devoted to integrating the latest in vein technology with their practice. Both board certified phlebologists (2 of only 4 in the entire state of Maryland) are very active on the national level teaching vein diagnosis and treatment. With years of medical experience working with patients that suffer from varicose veins and spider veins, the Capitol Vein & Laser Center team offers varicose veins sufferers the finest treatments available.
Drs. McNeill and Rosenberg have both hosted numerous symposia at their office teaching other physicians current management principles and nuances of a successful practice. They are both also involved with clinical research documenting the safest and most effective treatment options available.
